90-Day House & Tail Guarantee: If the rear-seat protector is not right for you, contact us within 90 days after delivery. You may keep or donate the item; no return shipment is required. Once the claim is approved, we will refund the amount paid for the eligible protector to the original payment method.

Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty: For as long as the original purchaser owns the protector, we will cover verified defects in materials or workmanship. The remedy is one replacement with the same or a comparable product, subject to availability.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic changes, improper installation, modification, accidents, pet chewing, deliberate damage, misuse, or damage to a vehicle or other property. Proof of purchase and photos may be required. These merchant promises are separate from the supplier’s return policy.

To start a claim, reply to your order confirmation or use the customer-support contact included with your order. Include your order number and a short description of the issue; photos may be requested when needed to review a workmanship claim.
